Pricing
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Important Note: Before placing an order, we kindly request that customers contact our team to confirm all product details, including size, design, specifications, pricing, availability, and any customisation requirements. This helps ensure that the selected product meets your expectations.
If an order is cancelled at the customer's request after payment has been successfully processed, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees, bank charges, or transaction fees imposed by the payment service provider.
However, if the order is cancelled due to an error on the part of V-Ora International (Pvt) Ltd, or if we are unable to fulfil the order, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid without any deductions.

Payment
We accept approved payment methods available on our website. Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, text, and other materials, is the property of V-Ora International (Pvt) Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
